Proposal Seminar Step

The proposal seminar is expected to raise a theme/issue regarding various phenomena in contemporary international relations, critically designed. Students will then be able to write about these phenomena in a scientific proposal format. After compiling the proposal, students are expected to present it to the thesis proposal examiners.

Internship Step

The Internship Course (PSHI6035) is a compulsory fifth-semester course aimed at enhancing and developing skills, experience, and capacity to learn professional standards. International Relations students at Diponegoro University (UNDIP) are expected to gain insights into the world of work, network, apply theoretical concepts to the workplace, and develop independence.

Thesis Step

This course is a final assignment required for students in the International Relations Study Program in their eighth semester as a graduation requirement. Through the thesis, students are expected to be able to write a systematic scientific work in accordance with international relations research methodology. The thesis topic is selected based on the student’s interests and competencies, under the guidance of the supervisor. The 6 credit hours reflect the intensity of the research, writing, and thesis examination process to achieve results that meet the academic standards of the study program.
